- 50 grams raisins
- 50 ml rum
- 2 eggs
- 125 grams sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 125 grams butter, softened
- 50 ml oil
- 80 ml milk
- 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
- 2/3 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 500 grams flour
- 70 grams coconut flour

Soak raisins in rum for 30 minutes and drain them.
